The cornerstone of B & W services is in the new home construction. Here are 2 examples in Apohaqui, NB.

The next 4 images show the entire process, from poured ICF foundation, through to the completed home.

These next 2 images illustrate B & W's capabilities to lift a house, and in this case, excavate for, and pour a new ICF foundation under the raised building. The house was originally built by the owner and was supported on posts. It was intended as a winter ski chalet, but the homeowners liked the area so well, they decided to move in full time. More space was required so they decided to have a full basement added.

The following images show a recent renovation project completed by B & W in Walker Settlement. The original structure was falling apart and most of the walls were rotten behind the cedar shakes. There were air leaks around every opening. The exterior shingles were removed and the exterior sheathing repaired or replaced over much of the exterior.  All windows in the house were replaced with new energy efficient units. 1 inch thick insulation was added to the entire exterior. Vinyl siding was then installed along with new soffit and fascia. The decks were replaced (and a hot tub added later). Outbuildings received the same treatment.
The house before any work began.
An illustration of the type of issues uncovered when the cedar shakes were removed. Note the rotten header structure above the window openings.
The view from inside after the window framing was replaced. Unseen are the 4  2"x10" beams added above the windows to provide structural support.
Completed, with the new deck and hot tub. The deck has glass panels for balusters so the owners can enjoy the view while relaxing in their hot tub.
